The ExpandedFocus

The ExpandedFocus creates the edge that can define your business or its new products. At the end of this one-day workshop, you should have the framework for three business plans - one cheap, one simple, and one really beautiful!

It works like this:

You need to have done a GameDay. Only then can we both expand and focus your original company Quest or other real-world problem, and thoroughly investigate the various solution possibilities.

Still using the breakthrough PRIZM Innovation Map and Inspiration Cards, our Facilitator will coach your team to produce several innovative solutions in slow motion. Your team has the chance to tell relevant success stories, along the way.

In addition, you will receive a second bonus tool to enhance team discussion (different from the GameDay bonus tool), which is yours to keep and use when the ExpandedFocus is over.

The day starts at 9.30 and finishes at 5.00pm.
