Licences

We don't run preview evenings specially for potential licencees - basically you can make the decision to join our network of PRIZM Facilitators at any time. Your best chance to see how it all works is to come to a GameDay or other public event, or to invite Anja or Adrian to speak at your organization.

PRIZM GameDay licenses are for individuals with their own consulting or training business, who wish to add the PRIZM Game to their tool-kit. You need not be an expert in Innovation, though you should at least have a background in Knowledge Management, Organizational Behaviour, Change Management, Professional Training or Coaching. To apply for this opportunity, you must have a proven track record in your country and aim to give world-class benefit to your clients. The initial training takes 2 days and is run 3 times per year - once each in Europe, the Americas and Australasia. PRIZM Method licences are available from 2009. In addition to the above requirements, to apply for this, you need to have a technical background or signficant experience in a technical industry and a familiarity with other innovation tools. As Method trainers use quite a few extra tools, training for this level takes one additional day and significantly more practise.

PRIZM Corporate licences are available from 2009. These are for companies who have deployed, or would like to deploy, a company-wide innovation programme. You can choose any mix of Game and Method training. We can help you decide on the right trainers and support people and set up an internal network and coaching system, if you are starting from scratch. Or we can go straight to training your existing people on the site of your choosing. In both cases, we help you organize pilot projects and mentor your trainers while they first apply the tools. If you are buying 3 or more Licences, we aim to help you develop a sustainable systematic innovation culture within 3 months. Both Adrian and Anja can help refine your requirements. PRIZM Educational licences - these are an opportunity for individuals who wish to support young people on the PRIZM Challenge or become a trainer for schools or other educational organizations.
