Our Innovation Deployment Programme will be available from 2010.

If you are looking to deploy a company-wide, social and systematic innovation programme, we can help you set it up. If you are buying 3 or more Corporate Licences, we aim to help you develop a sustainable systematic innovation culture within 3 months. 

It works approximately like this:

We help you at 3 levels of developing the culture:

• decide on the right leaders: establish trainers and coaches for different kinds of tools, to run PRIZM-based workshops at all levels of the business, whenever they are needed
• find and motivate local support: establish focal points or cells in each department as a first port of call for problem-solving
• set up an internal network: getting a stream of social information and technical idea exchange is crucial to sustaining enthusiasm for all your people. This can involve anything from email newsletters to regular seminars and meeting groups. It can even involve all the people who do not attend higher-level workshops.

We train and mentor your people:

• on the site of your choosing
• on a mix of the PRIZM GameDay and Method and Tools, customized to be appropriate to your business

We help you organize pilot projects to prove the business case:

• You choose at least 1 project as the test case for each new trainer
• We mentor your trainers while they first apply the tools
• We benchmark the beginning and end results
