Do you want a really low-stress way to kick-off a far-reaching Systematic Innovation Programme in your company?  Our Facilitators can help you develop a business case for deployment on a larger-scale. 

It works like this:

Following a GameDay or a Method and Tools workshop, you choose 6 projects to test on real-time problems. Each project is customized, depending on the complexity of the problem. 

The pilot projects help you determine if you should deploy PRIZM on a larger scale and start to embed the use of our Innovation Map, Method and other thinking tools in your team, after the PRIZM Facilitator has gone. 

How much time does it take?

Our Facilitators can run 1 to 3 projects per week, onsite in your offices - so the pilot package takes a maximum of 6 weeks, not including discussions with the Board or Project leaders. 

We can also run a single project topic over 2 weeks or more, if you like. Should we do the latter, it gives your team time to gather extra data and fill in details between workshops.

What results can I expect?

We have found that over 30% of people who experienced PRIZM continued to apply the tools they learned in future projects. This greatly exceeds expectations for training in most industries, where less than 10% of employees are expected to retain or apply information they have received. It means that just doing a pilot package with PRIZM will already start to embed Systematic Innovation culture in your business.
